What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email, phone number, the service you're interested in, your military status, your timeline and any message you write. Our hosting provider may also record standard technical data such as your IP address and browser type for security purposes.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your request and to help with your real estate or home financing needs. That may include contacting you by phone, text or email.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only as needed to serve you, for example with eXp Realty, Texana Bank, or service providers involved in your transaction, or when required by law. Our form is processed by our website host, Netlify.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you, or to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Information collected in connection with a mortgage application is also governed by the privacy notice you receive from the lender.
